Spitfire Lager
Our flagship Lager is styled after a German Pilsner. The grain bill is composed of European style pilsner malt and noble hops. Malt flavour of fresh bread, white cracker and honey are accompanied by a snappy herbal and spicey hop flavour from the Saaz and Tettnang. Fermented at low temperatures and lagered for an outrageous amount of time leading to a crisp, clean fermentation profile and finish. This beer is a true labour of love for our production team and you can taste the attention to detail

Wingman Pale Ale
2022 Silver Metal (Canada Beer Cup) 
Wingman Pale Ale is a marriage between all the best characteristics of English and American style Pale Ales. We took an English Ale yeast that exhibites wonderful berry esters and co-pitched with our in-house American Ale yeast to maintain an appropriate fermentation attenuation. The malt bill is complex with contributions of pale malt, crystal malt, wheat and midnight wheat. Finally a generous usage of Cascade, Centennial, Amarillo and Mosaic hops give a classic west coast hop flavour of citrus, pine and stone fruit. This Pale Ale is unique in it’s marriage of styles but also classic in it’s delivery.

Drop Tank Blonde Ale
2022 BC Gold Medal (BC Breer Awards)
Drop Tank is low-ABV, low-cal, easy drinking blonde ale with a zesty hop character. The malt character is kept very light in colour, strength and flavour to allow the Amarillo, Centennial, Sabro and El Dorado to shine. Minimal background breadiness is coupled with the lime, gooseberry and coconut from the hops. As that lowest ABV and lowest calorie option of our core beers, Drop Tank is a refreshing option for any occasion.

Kitty Hawk Honey Cream Ale
Kitty Hawk Honey Cream Ale is an amber coloured cream ale that utilizes flavourful local wildflower honey. Honey malt is used in the brewing process to create a mouth-coating sensory experience. The honey flavour is well balanced and pairs excellently with the orange and peach flavours from the use of Amarillo hops.

A classic, strong west-coast IPA with a big dry-hop leading to a dank, resinous, piney and citrus aroma and flavour. This double Canadian Brewing Award winner is bolstered with an enormous amount of Amarillo, Cascade, Centennial, Mosaic and Sabro hops. The hop profile toes the line between classic west coast flavours and new-school tropical expressions. Bold, bitter, flavourful and aromatic, this beer is well on it’s way to becoming a “modern classic.”

Overcast Hazy New-England IPA
A big, hazy, juicy, smooth, New-England style IPA. Overcast features Idaho 7, El Dorado and Azacca hops leading to flavours of apricot, guava, pineapple, orange and pine. A malt bill of pilsner, wheat, oats and unmalted wheat create a silky, full bodied mouthfeel to support the potent hop profile. This beer has huge hop flavours and aroma with low hop bitterness

Worlds Collide-Hazelnut Coffee Stout
Once again we have teamed up with our good friends Gavin and Jessie from Royston Roasting to brew up an exciting and invigorating beer. Introducing our Hazelnut Coffee Stout, a rich and indulgent brew that combines the robust flavors of Royston Roasters’ finest coffee beans with the smooth decadence of a traditional stout. This masterfully crafted beer offers a harmonious blend of dark roasted malt, subtle hazelnut notes, and the bold character of freshly ground coffee. We teamed with one of our favorite breweries to create a Czech Amber Lager, a stellar collaboration between Ace Brewing and Small Gods Brewing. Pouring a radiant amber, this lager boasts a malt-forward elegance and a subtle earthy spiciness from Czech Saaz hops and a citrus and tropical fruit profile from the new-world Tango hops. A tribute to tradition, it’s a clean, crisp, and refreshing treat—a testament to the artistry of two breweries coming together in perfect harmony

Cenntennial Lager  Partnership with the RCAF Association
Ace Brewing Co. is proud to introduce this lager to celebrate the Royal Canadian Air Force Centennial. This light lager features Canadian ingredients and is highlighted by BC grown Centennial hops. Light in body and malt presence with delicate grapefruit and pine character, it’s perfect for celebration and reflection on 100 years of Canadian aviation history. The beer was planned and executed in partnership with the Royal Canadian Air Force Association.
